First Aid Training

Cambridge Risk Management is a recognized market leader in the delivery of first aid training throughout the UK.
Our first aid training courses are a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical sessions that are designed to develop the ability and most importantly practical confidence. The Health and Safety First Aid Regulations 1981 require employers to provide adequate and appropriate provisions of first aid to employees within their organisation.
The results of your First Aid Risk Assessment will determine if you are required to have First Aiders, and to provide accredited First Aid at Work training to staff. From October 2013 the HSE will no longer accredit First Aid Training, and organisations who require it must ensure they provideRQF qualification accredited First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work training for those staff acting as First Aiders.
RQF qualifications have been available since 1st January and are equivalent to those currently offered by the HSE, so will ensure that accidents and injuries continue to be dealt with effectively in the workplace.
Cambridge Risk Management is committed to delivering high-quality first aid courses and offers a consultative approach to your first aid training needs. Being a first aider can be a daunting responsibility and accidents and illness can happen in the workplace at any time. For this reason, offering your staff the highest quality first aid training is very important. We offer a full range of first aid training courses at centres throughout the UK and we also run ‘on site’ first aid courses at your premises or at a local venue of your choice.
